Cavalry

Thank God, the cavalry's here at last! Cavalry are your best friends for scouting and successfully managing those sneaky, quick attack-and-retreat tactics. With their quickness, they are also great candidates for dispatching those mumbling priests and annoying siege weapons. No army is complete without some of these units. Besides, they look cool when they die.

Research important to creating cavalry:

The storage pit lets you upgrade cavalry armor and eventually research metallurgy, which lets you upgrade to cataphracts. The government center lets you research nobility, which gives your cavalry units +15 percent hit points. The market lets you research the wheel, which allows chariots.
