Egypt Campaign #1: Hunting

Screenshot
Hunting is one of those primary skills you'll need to learn in AOE

Goal: This scenario is fast and simple. It's designed to introduce you to hunting and rudimentary building. Starting with one villager, you are required to build until you have seven villagers.

The Skinny: You'll have to hunt and build one house. Select your villager and left-click on a gazelle. Your villager will hunt it, often taking two or three spear throws to kill it. You may have to redirect him to hunt the gazelle once more if it prances out of his view. When you have 50 meat, you can click on the village center then click on the villager icon to build another villager. Have the new villager hunt another gazelle to increase your meat collecting. Keep building new villagers as soon as you have sufficient meat to do so.

At some point your village will be unable to support any new villagers. You will have to build one house when you reach this population limit. Click on a villager then click on the tool icon (the hammer), and the house icon becomes available. Click on that icon to activate the build mode then click on the ground where you want to build the house. After the house is built, you can build some more villagers.

Once you build your seventh villager, you win!

Dangers: Wild animals, perhaps a lion or an alligator, might attack your villagers. You may be able to take down a predator with a single villager, but having several gang up on it is a better idea.
