Follow the hall and grab the potion of restore health next to the sign (a spider also attacks here). Proceed northeast and turn left at the intersection. You'll encounter more spiders here, but there's also a bag of gold resting by a skeleton at the end of the hall. Head the other way at the intersection and enter the door just before the frog and spiked blocks. Break the barrels inside for a vial of cure poison, some apples, and the spider beast scroll. Pull the lever inside the room. Notice the spiked blocks are now moving. Pull the lever here to move the spiked blocks. Exit the door and run past the moving blocks. Kill more spiders and follow the hall to another elevator. Stand on the lift to ride down to the next level of the sewers. At the bottom, rummage through the barrels to pick up the giant leech beast scroll. Pull the lever inside the room to start the spiked blocks moving to the northeast. Follow the blocks, kill some giant leeches, and hide in the alcoves when the spiked blocks return by. You'll find a secret area inside the small alcove that lies to the north. At this end of this area is another secret area with spiders and gold (bust the wall to get through). Resume your course back in the sewer, going through the gate to the northwest. Kill two giant leeches and continue to the next gate. Pull the lever to start the block moving. Run around and eliminate another leech. At the end of the hall, you'll find a room with barrels (restore health and food), two spiders, and another elevator. Ride the elevator down deeper into the sewer. Head northwest and kill some bats. Open the chest at the end of the hall for some gold. A secret area lies in the room's center, just southeast of the chest. Bust the cracked wall on the southwestern side of the center structure; you'll find some gold inside. When you're ready, enter the gate to the southwest. Notice the spiked blocks ahead; pulling the lever activates the blocks. To get past the blocks, you must pull the lever, and as the blocks return into position, you must run quickly by.
