Team Games Nox team games, specifically capture the flag and flag ball, offer a different experience than the simple "kill everything in sight" scenario of arena and elimination. Capture the Flag Play capture the flag as you would in a first-person shooter. Set up an adequate defense around your flag. Place a conjurer on patrol near your base and have him summon creatures and bombers set on escort. A wizard player could set up traps near the flag; make sure the traps contain the slow spell (as well as other damaging spells), so a flag grabber can't get away. For the most part, warriors should stick on offense, but still could provide valuable defense with their blocking ability and powerful ranged weaponry inside hallways. Place warriors and wizards on offense. The warrior can tread lightly over traps, and the wizard can defuse them. Know the fastest routes from the enemy base to your home flag. Further, memorize any hiding places along the way; you might have to take cover and let your escorts eliminate attackers before continuing on. Flag Ball A frenetic game of soccer, flag ball places a single ball in the middle of the playing field. A team member must grab the ball (just run over it) and fire it into the opponent's goal and flag (or simply touching the opponent's flag with the ball in hand). Attempt to organize your team in offense and defense. The offensive players clear the path to the opponent's goal, while the defense blocks their team's own goal preventing any scoring. Conjurer's work well in flag ball because of the added bomber and creature annoyance they can deliver upon the other team. The game is hectic enough; with additional creatures (such as mechanized golems) running around, it's even more confusing. Analyze who the better players are on the opposing team (lower ping as well) and hunt the creatures and bombers after them.
