Chapter 5 - Ogre Raid at the Hamlet of Brin Quest: Rescue Glynda and the Women of Brin Held Captive at Grok Torr Scout the area behind the crypt for additional goods, then head northeast and fight your first ogres. These green giants are pretty durable; you'll need excellent melee or ranged weaponry to take them down, especially in numbers. Most ogres drop powerful battle axes, so pick one up if you need a weapon; be sure to keep spares, though, because the ogre axe wears down quickly. Note the sign marking the way to the village of Brin. Cross bridge (speak to the guards if you wish) and follow the forest path. Cross the next bridge and face ogres and wolves. A sign ahead welcomes you to Brin. Prepare your best weaponry and heal up; you're about to enter a hostile zone filled with ogres. Enter the town and kill the ogres nearby. People are running all over town, and there are fires everywhere, so be careful where you stand. Clear Brin of any rampaging ogres and use the shopkeepers to replenish your supplies. Search the houses and kill any ogres you encounter. You'll also find plenty of gold, food, and other supplies. You can douse the fires by breaking the water-filled barrels (just push the water barrels next to the flames). Some areas of note include a well of restoration located to the southeast. There's also a house to the east that requires a gold key (positioned nearby) with a shield inside. Also, head toward the northern part of town (just west of the tavern) and speak with Matilda. Quest: Return Matilda's Cloak from an Ogre near the Docks of Brin Speak with Matilda in the northern section of town to obtain the quest. Exit down on the southeastern side (it will be a new location) and note the sign marking the direction to the docks. Head toward the docks and battle a few ogres. One will be carrying a red cloak.
