This is SenetEr's Athens city done in an excel file. This was something I put together for my own use as more convenient than referring to a save file, and am posting with SenetEr's permission. It's an excellent example of using multiple housing blocks in one city, and of the various housing blocks he uses, and as such make a great reference for people like me that can't build housing blocks to save our lives.
