This is my solution to Hercules's Labors on Titan difficulty, saved right AFTER winning the scenario. While not the most elegant city, it survived through Kraken's slaughter and has prospered (30k in the treasury).

Hunting was a big disappointment. However, having Quays on two sides of the map really helped - Kraken spent most of his time swimming back and forth!

Athena's temple produces a ton of olive oil - you can see there is a huge abundance (you can get 64 carts of Olive Oil a year just from her temple - 16 units of Olives from her grove, and then when she blesses the Olive Presses, they produce 4 times as much for the same amount of Olives!). Fleece was also massivly overproduced - giving gifts helped me get most of the goods I needed from other cities.
