Boy - Do I feel stupid!

I made the above comment after viewing a city created by SenetEr. Somehow I came to believe it was by Caesar Alan.(who also does very good work!)

I've downloaded lots of cities from Zeus Heaven, and this is by far, the best looking, best organized, and most efficient city I've seen to date.

Lots of good ideas here - some of which I've already pilfered.
