Author's Description:

This is the save just right before the victory of the 1st advantage. The city is nearly perfect (according to the game ^_^). All the houses are in townhouse stage, only 6 elite houses not in estate level. I know this city isn't perfet after the lava attack >_< (the lava is the pain in the ass, it take my almost 3 hours to take my city back in shape.) Althought the city is little bit messy is someway but it really stable or at leaset I can finish the 1st advantage with it. Enjoy!!

PS. This city have > $$$$ 100K, maybe you can re-built the whole city!!!
