In the Cydonia colony of Nightwolf's "Tributaries" adventure:

Here is the giant diamond at 94 townhouses with one agora, one fountain, one infirmary, and one of pair of each cultural type.

I had to relocate the granary to minimize distance to the agora, losing the 95th house. I think that if I shuffled things around to compensate, then I could find room for it again.
