colony in Nightwolf's "Tributaries" adventure.

It's stable at nearly 14,000 people with just one

When I uploaded this city, I gave the size of the original SAV file. Upon reflection, I realize that I probably should have told what the ZIP file size was for downloading (321k). I hope I didn't scare off anyone who had wanted to look at it.
