Completed Sparta from the Peloponnesian War adventure.

Very nice, efficient city but for one thing - Athena... every now and then she shows up, destroys at least the horse ranches, kicks the other gods arses for good measure, then takes off...

And there's NOTHING you can do about it. (except rebuild.)
