It is my third replay through the Peloponnesian War adventure and only second city I am satisfied with.

I included save after victory, before the colony and colony (Taras).

Average profit is about 50,000 Drachma a year at final ( a little lower in finance screen because I was building Artemis' sanctuary and plenty of boulevards). Just wait a couple of years too see.

More than 600,000 Drachmas.
All four sanctuaries (in order of construction: Heaphestus, Ares, Apollo, Artemis).
15 companies of horsemen.
Most empty space filled with appeal,
And, of course fairly good planning.

To win Taras colony simply assign all troops to attack Odessos and request military from someone to aid your conquest.
