I don't know if it was just me, but I had a lot of problems with this adventure. I've played the whole Zeus game as well as about a dozen fan adventures at the Olympian level, so I know how a thing or two. However, this adventure was simply frustrating, and no fun at all. There are no introductions in any of the episodes. In fact, there's no story.

In the first episode at some point I was getting a tribute from Megara, I think, of 1000 drachmas a year. But, that money wasn't being counted in the income for the year! Thus, I was ending up with a negative sum. That wouldn't have been so bad if it weren't for the fact that you can't build tax collectors. That also wouldn't have been so bad if there were some decent trade available. The constant price fluctuations and wage change announcements were just plain annoying. I eventually had to enable the "Ambrosia" cheat just to get past this episode.

In the colony episode I chose Delphi. In it you're supposed to slay the Calydonian Bear. To do so you need Theseus. Who requires a protected hall. Unfortunately, you can't build walls. You can try to use columns, but it's a silly alternative. Plus, you're required to have a yearly profit of 4000. But, the only thing you can sell is 24 fish and 24 wheat. Oh yeah, and no tax collectors. Right...

Overall, a poor adventure, in my opinion.

Apollo is the ONLY God that will attack monsters. The others feel it's under their station. He's a good one to have around. The oracle is kinda brain-dead, sometimes, but if you have an area that's about to get the plague, he can fix that. He also will attack other gods, but sometimes they're over him, and he just gives up and walks away.

So, the trick is ......

Rebuild Appollo's sanctuary and he'll get the job done.

I tried this because he whipped one of the monsters Hercules was supposed to slay in an earlier episode.
I thought that was kind of odd, but it worked then, so I tried it for the last episode and voila!

The part I had problems with was getting troops up and running in time to save Cyme. That was a real challenge.

thanx for a great adventure

Wellcome in the club :-) - same to me .
I want to have a solution please, cause I like this game very much. It is full of riddle and I try to get help from the other cities to get horses, but it don't work :-(((

I noticed that too. I had everything ready to go for the horses, too. But, when it came time, no ranches. Stops the adventure dead cold.

I enjoyed this adventure until the fourth episode. One of your goals for that episode is to support horsemen, but no horse ranches are available to build. So this adventure can't be finished. In addition, there seems to missing text from the second, third and fourth episodes.
