1.
You enter at this location
2.
Work your way over to room #2, and take out the Beholders. This part is
optional. The Beholders do not have any items, and there is no real
reason to even mess with them. If you are not feeling up to it, then
don't... Just skip them.
3.
Kuo-Toa Ambush
4.
In room #4, you will be attacked by large amounts of Kuo-Toa. As you
enter the room further, even more Kuo-Toa will pore in from the room to
the left and the room to the right (room 5). Take them all out by
whatever means you have available.
5.
The Kuo-Toa Prince is in room #5. He may come out to room
#4
while you are fighting the other Kuo-Toa. After you kill the Prince, be
sure to grab the "Kuo-Toa Blood", the "Bracers
of Blinding", and the 4000+ gold and Gems.
6.
Room 6 is optional, but rewarding. As you cross the small
bridge thing leading into room #6, you will be hit by a trap. Do not
bother trying to detect the trap before you cross; you can not find one.
Once you enter room #6, you will find a statue in the back of the room.
Click on it and you will receive a message telling you to sacrifice an
animal. To do this, you need to summon something (Spider, Ogre, Bear,
etc) and then have it walk up to the statue. When you do that, 5 Demon
Knights will warp into the room and begin attacking you. This fight is
very difficult. The method that I suggest is for you to have your group
waiting by the door and then continually summon stuff and send it in to
soften up or kill the Knights. Spiders work amazingly well (as long as
you have 5 going at a time).
When the
Knights are all dead, go around and loot their bodies. The
"spoils" found are the "Soul Reaver +4",
"Girdle of Frost Giant Strength", and the "Armor
of the Hart +3 (-2 AC)". Wow! Three incredibly powerful items
all found in the same spot! Ok... Head for the exit (the same exit that
you used to enter this area).
With the Kuo-Toa
Princes Blood in hand, head back to the Drow
City and speak with the Matron Mother inside the Temple.
