After the
ordeal in the Copper Cornet, you will enter the
Sewers in search of the
remaining slaves. You could access the Slaver Ship from the
Slums, or
through these sewers. If you decide to go through the sewers, you will
stumble onto another quest. This quest is totally optional. You can
accept it or not... I suggest that you accept it. Your reward will
be quite nice.

Locate the manhole, and remove "Vallah's Hand".
(2)
After dealing with the Hobgoblins, check the skeletons on the wall for
the "Lover's Ring".
(3)
Locate the Shaman Kobold, and kill him. Loot his corpse for the "Shaman's
Staff".
(4)
Speak with Quallo. He will give you clues about the
area and give you the mentioned quest.
(5)
Enter the drainage room and the "Glowing Pool" will
speak to you. The Pool will inform you of your task, and he will tell
you about the keys.
Follow ups:
You should have 3 keys now. The 4th key is the "Blood of a true
friend". Return to #4 and kill the "true Friend" next
to Quallo (the Carrion Crawler). Loot the corpse for the Vial of
Blood.
Return to the drainage room and click on each of the rusty pipes one
time. You will get an idea of the order of the lock from the pop-up
messages. If you have all 4 keys on the same character, use that
character to click the pipes in this order: Pipe
3, Pipe 1, Pipe 2, Pipe 4.
A sword will
appear. The sword is the "Sword of Lilarcor". This sword is a
bit interesting, as it can speak with you. Go into the information
screen of the sword and click the communicate option. This Swprd is your
reward for finishing the sewer quest.
