Town Guide (cont.) What you need to know: This will be a difficult quest. Although this sounds like any other simple "get the item and run out" quest, the dungeon you must enter is one of the toughest in the game. The titan's stronghold is in southeast Avlee. Outside it's guarded by water elementals. But inside are numerous titans and dragons. These creatures are punishing defenders and will eat your party alive. You had best travel invisibly and run in, get the bow, and run out. Only the most powerful or foolhardy party need take on the titans and dragons directly. You'll find the bow in a chest in a small room in the west part of the titan's stronghold. Bring the bow back to Mark, and he will not only promote you, he'll also fix the bow and give it back to you as a powerful weapon.

Promotion Quest What you need to know: The Temple of Baa is in the south part of Avlee. It is not as dangerous as the titan's stronghold, but it definitely isn't easy. Devils roam these temple grounds, assisted by clerics of the moon. The high priest awaits on the second floor, on the east side of the dungeon. He is guarded by numerous clerics of the moon. Kill him and return to Hume for a promotion. Don't forget to take any treasure on the high priest's body. Most quest NPCs tend to have something valuable on them.
