Skills Guide (cont.)

Dagger

The dagger is a seemingly weak weapon. It doesn't do a lot of damage, although it isn't as slow as the axe or sword. It is the primary weapon of the thief, druid, and sorcerer. If you can use a better weapon, do so. However, at grandmaster level, this weapon becomes quite useful. The only class that can become a grandmaster in the dagger is the thief. The druid can become a master. At expert level, you can wield two daggers, one in each hand. At master level, you have a chance to cause triple damage. If you can take this skill to higher expertise levels, it is a valuable skill. The thief benefits greatly because it can combine this skill with the armsmaster skill.

Normal level: Skill added to attack bonus
Expert level: Permits use of dagger in left hand
Master level: Chance to cause triple damage equal to skill.
Grandmaster level: Skill added to attack damage

Dark Magic

Dark magic is the school of ultimate evil spells. You can only learn this type of magic if you follow the path of dark and study under Archibald Ironfist. The lich, priest of dark, villain, and bounty hunter can learn this skill. The lich and priest of dark can become grandmasters in this spell skill, while villains and bounty hunters are stuck at normal level. The most significant attack spells come from this school.
