If you still need some information about how to use the Caesar III Jigsaw Puzzle, head over to the forum (number 7) and check out the thread about it.

On the other hand, there is two excellent collaborations today on the City Strategies Page, one from Emperor Tomek (from Hungary) and one from Bob the Lethargic (right here from Florida). Check them out over there as both mini-utilities are really worth having...

Oh, and we also got two excellent funny screenshots from Moquel...!!! Thank you, my friend, and keep on bringing material over here...!

Syracusae has open trade routes with seven other ports...!!!

Here goes an explanation of how we had to present you the Caesar III Jigsaw Puzzle: it is a program that you can download for free from a site (the link is on the Downloads Page) where you will also find more instructions. As almost every shareware there are certain restrictions on it, but you can even make your own puzzles with the program without any fee.

And in order to keep out of legal "embrollos", I didn't want to upload the full version to the site. But if you like jigsaw puzzles, there are five zipped images (made by Angie), ready for you to play on the Downloads Page. May this serve as a prolific disclaimer... hehehe...

It took me 35 minutes to make the "Hippodrome", level easy...!!!

So, here we are again! And, just as you want it: with lots of News...!!! First of all, you might have seen already that the Olympic Forum has been renamed, so if there is anything you would like to see made, improved or suggested, just head over there and place your opinion...!

The Olympic Page will be practically removed during this week, as we will only leave the the most important parts of it.

The other News are that tomorrow we'll have a new Caesar Question of the Week, and there is a new feature on the City Strategies Page.

Last but by no means least, two new scenarios have been added for you all to play in the Downloads Page. Oh... and about this little pic on your left, that's something for tomorrow... just to get you back... hehehe...

Thanks Bob! Those two maps are fascinating...!!!

How did News usually get from one point to another in the time of ancient Rome...??? From mouth to mouth, throughout every town? By special cavalry messengers? By pigeon-mail perhaps? Facts show that in the first century AD Rome (after the massacre of 30.000 Roman legionaries in the woods of lower Germany) depended so much on news and first-hand information, that special sentinels were instated for that purpose.
These were probably the first journalists in the history, and their functions grew as the Empire expanded. Here we'll start trying to find how the very first ancestors of today's Larry King Live looked, lived and loved, and a thread for that purpose will be opened in the forum...

News from Persia to Hibernia,
from Dacia to Tingis; that was indeed not an easy task...!!!
