The <tr> tag
Definition and Usage
Defines a row in a table.
XHTML Use
The bgcolor attribute does not validate as XHTML strict. If you need to
define a background color for a table row, you must use styles instead.

Optional Attributes
DTD indicates in which XHTML 1.0 DTD the attribute is
allowed. S=Strict, T=Transitional, and F=Frameset.
