Town Guide (cont.)

Once on the island, enter the Tidewater Caves on the west side of the island. Inside is a cavern with the overturned hull of a ship. Go inside the ship to retrieve the map. Go up the stairs to the second level, walk north, and then drop back down into the inside of the ship. On the south wall of this cabin, you'll find a secret door. Behind it is the map. You'll need a high perception skill to see the door. Otherwise, you must hope you can click on the right patch of wall to open the secret room. Inside the cavern will be pirates, thieves, skeletons, and shades.

Wine Cellar: The wine cellar is home to vampires and necromancers and must be cleared out in accordance with the quest you receive from one of the light advisors, Crag Hack. He asks you to go to Tatalia and clear out the vampires. They live in this cellar. The cellar is quite small, and it should be relatively easy to clean house by the time you have chosen the path of light. In addition to the vampires and necromancers, bats also roam this cellar.

The Mercenary Guild is where you will go to get the Heart of the Forest for the ranger lord quest.

Mercenary Guild: The mercenary guild, which is in the northeast of the map, is the spot where you recover the Heart of the Forest for your hunter to ranger lord promotion quest, which you receive from Lysander Sweet of Bracada. The mercenary guild is also where you must go if you accepted Mr. Malwick's wand in the very beginning of the game. As mentioned before, don't deal with Mr. Malwick. Just kill him and take his wand if you have to. Owing him a debt is more trouble than it's worth.
