Town Guide (cont.)

Shrine: There is a shrine here in Harmondale. It is located to the south of the goblin fort, near the center of the map. The shrine is inactive until you visit the Land of Giants. As soon as you do that, you will find that the shrine's powers have been activated. The next time you return to Harmondale, you can go to the shrine, and it will teleport you to the Land of Giants. However, you must go there by conventional means at least once before you can operate the shrine in this manner.

Obelisk: There is an obelisk in the northeast corner of the map. Click on it to get a cryptic message. When you visit all 14 obelisks you can go to Evenmorn Island and find a chest full of gold and treasure.

Goblin Camp: The goblin camp actually doesn't show up until you complete a sequence of events. The camp is actually summoned through your actions. There is a hobgoblin disguised as a peasant milling about the Stone Skin pedestal. His name is Hairbaugh. If you talk to him, he tells you that you can light a signal fire and call Erathian forces to help you fight the goblins in Harmondale. Don't do it. You'll find a letter in Castle Harmondale revealing this man to be a goblin spy. If you confront him with the news, he'll attack. Kill him. If you want, you can light the fires he told you to. There are a string of signal fires, starting from the west of the map and extending southeasterly. But if you light them, you'll find a mass of goblins suddenly gathering on the hills in the west of the map, just south of the road to Erathia. You can kill the goblins and gain some treasure, but you might as well just leave the signal fires alone.
