Town Guide (cont.) Celeste Celeste is where you'll spend a lot of time if you choose to serve the path of light near the end game. Once you make that fateful choice of arbiters after Judge Grey dies, you choose whether you want to be on the side of good or evil. If you choose good, Judge Fairweather tells you to seek out Gavin Magnus in Celeste, a floating city that has been hinted at before by the residents of Bracada. A teleport pad that whisked you away to Celeste was rumored to be in the heart of the teleport cluster. However, when you were there before the arbiter succession quest, it didn't work. When you return after instating Fairweather as arbiter, though, it works. The pad teleports you to another pad. This final teleporter is flanked by archesm and takes you to Celeste. When you step onto it, you are transported to the city of Celeste. This is the heart of the side of light and where you receive many of the game's late-game quests. You also learn light magic here and learn the truth behind the incredible events surrounding the continent of Erathia. Areas and People of Note
Wall of Mists: The Walls of Mist are important for two reasons. It's a proving ground for you if you choose the path of light and also a destination for a quest if you join the path of dark. Gavin Magnus of the light asks you to survive the dungeon without killing anything to prove your worth to him. And the lich promotion quest takes you here to steal the soul jars within the dungeon. The Walls of Mist lie close to the teleport entrance to the city of Celeste. Once inside, you'll find teleport pads to the three different areas of the dungeon (not counting the entrance itself). To get through the exit, which is initially blocked by pillars, you must go to each of the three areas and bring back three keys to unlock the pillars. On the other side is the exit and the soul jars.
