How
do I CHEAT???
Cheating, eh?
Well, go ahead, but it will spoil the game in my opinion! Thank Angel Draco
for this information...
I've found
two places to get the cheats listed in this thread. I prefer Avault because they have nice descriptions of the cheats for thousands of games, plus they have a decent gaming site as well.

Obviously, the game is much less fun when you use cheats, but these may help Young
Governors get the mechanics of the game down.
Cheat #1
These are the "official" cheats released by Impressions:
- Enable Cheats: Right-click on a Well then hit Alt+K
- Instant Victory: Alt+V
- Money Cheat: Alt+C
There are a couple things to know before using these cheat codes . There are some "cheat
conditions." The Money cheat only works if the city funds are less than 5000; this applies to any game
map. The Victory cheat only works in the career levels or map created scenarios. There are no "winning conditions" with the standard City Construction Kit maps,so naturally there is no promotion/victory. Players may find it easier to hold down both keys(eg ALT K) until the pc squawks. It should only take a second or two before the computer cries for mercy. :-)

Instructions:
A "GameHack Table" is a saved set of variables that were found using the GameHack cheat tool. GameHack
is a utility that runs alongside a program (game) and alters it's memory locations. Both the game and GameHack must be running simultaneously in order for the cheat to be initiated properly. The GameHack base program
is required to use these tables. Once the base program has been installed, simply follow the instructions provided with the GameHack package.

Description: Trainer.
Special Features: Unlimited Granary Items, Money; Skip Level.
Instructions: A "trainer" is a third-party program that is designed to alter memory locations of running programs (games). In order for a trainer to work, it must be running simultaneously with the game it was written for. It is best to first start the game and actually begin playing, then switch back to Windows (using Alt+Tab) and run the trainer. Select the desired options and switch back to the game. Do not CLOSE the trainer until you are finished playing the game. Since trainers are written to alter SPECIFIC memory locations, they usually only work with specific versions of the game. This is the most common problem when trainers seem to be "not working".
