Well,
as you can see I can't count, as it's been 2 months
rather than the one I promised, however, Stronghold
heaven has kept me a lot busier than I expected, which
is probably a good things.
Basically
I've uploaded all the news stuf that arrived since
October 22, which includes three downloads of city
designs by Brugle. Draco should be sending me some
more of the old stuff, so as soon as I've got a nice
batch, I'll try to upload it.
Well,
as you can see it's been a while and we're kind of
ashamed it took us so long to get back to you.
First
of all a message: Angel Monty's Monkey has fallen
victim to Real Life™ and will no longer accept
any downloads.
Secondly,
I, Angel Jayhawk, am filling in for Angel Draco at
the moment, and together we're trying to work our
way through the back log of files and upload all of
them. In the mean time you can either send them to
Draco or
directly to me.
For the time being we'll try to update at least once
a month.
I'm
also going to try and install some of those fancy
scripts that we're using everywhere else on the site,
but this may take a while (as other sites of Heaven
need my attention as well.
I've
been a little slow in announcing it, but I added another
10 scens late last week! I can't believe that
a year and a half later they're still coming in!!!
As
opposed to Draco, I seem to have a ton of submissions
coming my way!!! I put 22 up today - yes, that's
a two followed by another two, not a typo!!! There
are even more sitting in my inbox waiting to go up.
I'll get them there as soon as I can!

got more in my in-box, including a whole series title
"Roman Garrison"!!! Also, I've done
a minor re-org of the pages so that the initial downloads
page loads a little quicker. I'll be back soon!
A
couple more scens are up there today! Both of
them are "enormous" size provinces, so they
should provide you with lots of room to run around on!
I have a couple of other scens coming in or in
process of being completed, but I need more!!!
I'll be waiting patiently by my e-mail...
One
more quick update, I got a new scen from Pontius
Pilatus and had a couple of seconds to burn, so
there's one more new scenario up there for your downloading
pleasure!
For
the final day of January, I thought that I'd add some
more to the Caesar 3 downloads section. We have
nine new scens up there for downloading, and my inbox
is just about empty. One extra note: Would the author
of "Crumblia" please send me an e-mail with
a new description - I seem to have lost your original!
Another
13 scens up today! This should help me to stay ahead
of Angel Draco for good! There are more in my in-box
that will be posted soon, but please don't hesitate
to send me any new design submissions. Also, please
don't forget that I am also accepting scenario reviews
for posting in the review column - if you see a scen
that you really like, write up a quick review and send
it to me! I'll give you credit so that you'll be immortalized
forever on the Caesar 3 Heaven website!!!
Looks
like Monty's Monkey is going to hold the lead for the
first time ever! 7 new cities available
for download today! BONUS: Custom Star Wars sounds
were added the WAVs
section. Instruction on how to install them are
easy and included in the download.
Well,
let Draco top that! I just put up 15 new scenarios for
your downloading pleasure! In addition, I have posted
five or six reviews by viewers over the past couple
of days. If anyone has any good reviews, please send
them to me! We need to fill in those sections a little
better!

I beat Monty again! Added 9 new Cities today.
From these nine, the last 6--and most difficult--cities
in the game are represented. If you're having
trouble getting past these last few levels, take a look
at what your co-emperors have done! Many of these
cities have 100 prosperity, like Crassus Paupers'.
No
actual updates right now. (There will be more
coming soon!) However, there have been a couple
of comments in the Reviewer's Corner about the lack
of reviews, so I wanted to tell everyone that if you
have a review that you want to submit, please feel free
to send it in!!! I will reserve the right to change
things like spelling and grammar, but if I have any
major questions or comments, I will ask you by e-mail
before I actually do anything. Cherub Caesar Ishaius
has been doing his best to get to all of your scens,
but there is no way that he can possibly cover all of
them by himself, so any help would be appreciated!
I
finally broke the 200 barrier, too! Although,
I decided to crush it with an addition of 10 new scens,
not some piddly addition of 3! In addition, the
author of "Murray River" asked me to replace
it with "Delta" - a scenario that he feels
is a much better effort - so I guess I actually added
11 new scens! Enjoy, and send me any more scens
if you've got 'em!!!

We have a submission of a Londinium with 100 prosperity
and 100 culture by Haplo, and another enticing city
called "Haidrian's Wall" by Caesar Constantine,
which is a historical recreation. Check them
out in the CITIES
section!
Well,
I had intended to beat Angel Draco to the magic 200
number, but one of my "scenarios" turnded
out to be a city!!! I guess this means that I have to
forward it to him so that he can beat me!!! :( Oh, well,
that's the way it goes! (Unless any of you can get a
scen in here quickly that will allow me to win....)
