W3C DOM Resources
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was founded in 1994 to lead the Web by
developing common WWW protocols like HTML, CSS and XML.
Services provided by the
W3C include: a repository of information about the WWW for developers and users;
reference code implementations to embody and promote standards; and various
prototype and sample applications to demonstrate use of new technology.
