I want that clock that those chess-playing pirates have!

1. You can't have it while they're playing, since they are using it to time their match.
2. So if they weren't playing a match, you could make off with that clock.
3. Have you talked to both pirates?
4. Maybe if you distracted them....
5. You can distract the portly pirate fairly easily. If you distract him while he's holding a piece over the gameboard, he'll drop that piece and make a poor move.
6. The thin pirate is a greater challenge.
7. Ask the portly pirate about his opponent's concentration.
8. He'll tell you that Castaneda has a thing for Brittney, the bank teller.
