What the hey is with the boulders on Vista Point?

1. Have you tried picking some up and throwing them into the little tunnels in the side of the cliff?
2. With some experimentation, you'll discover that you can make a boulder fall through the bottom left and bottom right holes in the cliff, but not the one in the middle. (Note that in all of this my right/left are screen right/left.)
3. Guess what you need to do?
4. Here's a hint: this is going to involve hitting one boulder with another in the tunnels. In other words, some timing is involved.
5. Watch what path the boulders take, and try to figure out what you need to do in order to knock a boulder into the bottom middle channel.
6. The next hint will spell out what order to throw the boulders in the holes to make that happen. You have been warned.
7. This job requires four boulder flingings in all. You should throw a boulder into the rightmost hole, then the middle hole, then the left, then the left again.
8. Now there's the question of timing. Have you taken a look at the roots growing out of the side of the cliff?
9. As a boulder rolls over each one, it wiggles.
10. Guess what those wiggling roots mark.
11. That's right, they'll tell you when to throw the next boulder.
