| Tarraco This is a custom designed block for Tarraco. After calculating the amount of housing needed to meet the population requirement (at medium insulae), I drew up a housing plan using a variation of the 9x9 block, one which sought to maximally utilise the housing space. Then I chose a map location which was roomy enough for these houses, and arranged service buildings around that as the map contours allowed. The "undesirable" buildings are generally separated from the houses with a layer of gardens.
