Creator: Bob the Lethargic Scenario: Sardinia

Desc: As you listen the Emperor explains that this senatorial province will be a peaceful one but its role in the Empire is important. He plans to have this new province provide the wheat needed for the Roman army and the timber needed for the Roman navy. The Consular armies will provide the protection for this province if the need arises, therefore he will not have your engineers building forts. However he will allow you to build walls and towers to protect the settlements of the province if you feel the need to protect yourself from the eastern and central native villages on Sardinia. He urges you to pacify them if at all possible. Since he anticipates Rome's enemies to be numerous, he knows you will be hard pressed to keep the army fed. He will not place high demands upon you for culture or prosperity but expects you to meet all demands by the army and navy. He will require high favor for you before he will consider any promotion.
The emperor looks at you and says:

"Well my friend, will you accept this task for the glory of the Republic?"

Easy Non-military Map loaded as Construction Kit City Scenario.
