Desc: As is the case with many of these scenarios, the problem here is how to use the very limited land set before you. My theory is that nearly all of the residents in this city could be palace dwellers...what who trades what - or was that wheat?
Regardless, I would like someone to try this scenario with one modification - turn off the mission post. There is only a small native colony, but I didn't have the nerve to try to reckon with them without having armies to back me up.
