Desc: Caesar has sent you to protect an oasis in the Persian Desert. Being the only water
available for miles around, it is a very valuable to Rome's strategic advancement.
This
is very much a military assignment. Set up a support community, but make military concerns
foremost as the locals will doubtless resent your occupation and as other countries vie
for this choice piece of land.
Caesar will supply your army with wheat and a substantial starting fund but build
carfully as it is easy to go into debt. As water is limited, use it wisely and only as
necessary. Ceasar has already declared the wasting of it on gardens -- mere trivialties --
illegal. (As if any would grow in this climate anyway.)
Survive 12 years while driving off invading armies, appeasing the local natives,
keeping the gods and populace happy and complying with any requests Caesar may have.
