Desc: I've also included a saved game file with a population of around 25K, and an
Excel spreadsheet with the intended layout for the map. I had to stop
building around the point where I saved the game because I've hit the sprite
limit and started getting some weird events happening (vanishing
legionaires, ghost cart pushers and so on).
