Desc: The year is 312 AD and Constantine has just converted to Christianity. The Emperor has assigned you to take over Athens from the previous govenor. The once mighty capital of the Greek world is now a mere shadow of its former self. Below the ruins of the Acropolis lies a filthy, poor city...made mostly out of make-shift tents. Convinced that the Gods are wrathful at Constantine's betrayal of the old religion, many in the province have raised arms in rebellion. Caesar has ordered that no temples may be built to appease the old Gods. You must build a prosperous province out of this turmoil.
