The Goths, Visigoths and the Helvetii have infiltrated our borders for quite some time now. Some say they just want to become Roman citizens and enjoy our wealth. I do not trust them. I think they just want invade and steal our wealth for themselves.

That is why I want you to build a strong hold deep in to their territory and show those pesky barbarians that Rome does not tolerate thieves. The area I want you defend is just north of the Alps along a river they call the "Rine" - or something like that. This will allow you to trade by sea to provinces in the north.

There should be ample farmland there but you will need to build a strong army to keep yourselves alive. Because of that, my requirements are moderate. Good luck.
