You are to build large city in the north called Crustulum. Crustulum will serve as a sreonghold for the northern provinces, so you must prepair to send food and supplies to provinces in need. The armies of the north are very powerful and pose a constant threat, so your legions will be needed quite often. Barbarians might choose to attack your borders at any time, so be prepaired. There is plenty of farmland, and a lot of space to expand. Another point of interest, there is a large barbarian village there, well large by their standards. It shouldn't give you any trouble. It is in an undesirable ary anyway, so you shouldn't have any problems. Good luck!
