You are to pacify a native settlement in the shores of Africa. You'll be facing
waves of native unrest and you have to fight off invading troops as well. Your
resources for city building are limited as only basic structures for
entertainment and education are allowed. Furthermore, you have to gain Caesar's
complete approval in your quest for personal redemption.
