This land is very fertile and farmable the map is a reasonable size.
There are a few local tribes that can give great trade. There are many invasions
in the area so beware: you will have 2-3 years in the beggining to prepare for invasion.
Then there will invasions from locals and barbarian armies every 1-2 years.
