The Isle of Celtia is a small island off of Eire. Mostly natives live here, but they aren't a problem. The path to the Native villages has grown over with trees, which you can clear if you wish. This Island is high up, every side is a cliff, leading down to the ocean. It has good farmland,
and lots of fishing spots. Wonderful places for docks, warfs, or shipyards.
The main problem should be governing, and trying to protect your people from the wolves. It is quite a hard assignment, in the Northern Provinces. Lots of recourses, and many, many trading partners.
