Desc: Here's the second version of my "cairo" map. This one is more for the
person who wants to create a very large and prosperous port city, but for the more
military-minded player, make a bridge to the side of the river where the village is: huge
armies will stroll in sometimes, and they will add-up. It's also easier in the sense that
emperor requests nothing.
