Desc: Here is a city that I completed with the following
ratings: Culture - 49, Peace - 100, Prosperity - 78, Favor - 96. This
was my first attempt at creating Palaces, and I created 7 Grand places.
Unlike other posters I try and integrate my service buildings with my
housing. I can't stand the "Ghetto" look, and I think the cities look
more realistic when you mix in the oracles, schools, ...
I also used the concept of a "spoke wheel". The "hub" of the wheel
contains the farms and warehouses. Radiating out from the hub, or
around the hub is the housing. Take a look!
