Desc: This is the best city I have managed to
build so far in the game....The main feature is its four luxury palaces that are all in a
stable condition and will not de/evolve. This was a real pain to succeed, as the slightest
alteration lead to devolving...All buildings must be placed in the positions they are and
connected by an efficient road network... The triumph arch is also present as a gift from
Caesar...The economy is stable and growing and the only problem is food distribution and
labour shortages in some areas... ...The save contains the city the minute I was
promoted...
