Description: In order to reach 100 prosperity, I opted for a small
insulae/luxury palace combination. I also wanted to reach a population of
15000. Both aims were successful, eventually. The plebeian housing was
somewhat inelegant, and the patrician blocks never quite worked as planned
(the large palaces were meant to be luxury, but I never quite got
desirability high enough). The lack of gatehouses provided an unusual
problem, so I resorted to G-blocks for the insulae, and some rather
odd-looking blocks for the palaces. I was forced to employ sizeable culture
parks at the end to reach 100 Culture. Overall, the space efficiency of the
city is probably the most notable feature.
