Description: I have doubts about the long-term stability of this city, owing
to a slight food shortage which seems to have been alleviated by importing
some additional fish. Only weapons were exported to maximise income from
native trade. The culture park in the north occupies the site of the former
weapons industry. The plebeian housing blocks were designed around maximum
'fountain efficiency' (greatest number of housing tiles per fountain). The
patrician blocks are standard designs, including Brugle's Hippodrome block.
The city was supposed to fit in the Arabian peninsula, but the demands of a
100 Culture rating meant I was forced to expand to the last block of small
casa on the other shore of the Red Sea.
