5 luxury palaces (i'm not sure) , villa district with a dozen of medium villas & 2 medium palaces , a dozen of medium insulae , the rest entirely small casa. i decided to build up the medium palaces & the medium insulae to boost my prosperity rating slightly - this way it reached 100 instead of 99 the following year ;)again , i seperated the plebs from the patricians completely .
there are two rows of villas , one is perfectly stable , and the other one tends to de - and evolve quickly , once or twice the year. i suppose that's because i placed the markets in the second row slightly different ...
next time i would build some more wharves/shipyards etc . for my plebs, their granarys are most of the time empty , but about 95 % of the small casas are stable anyway :)
