Desc: I made all my housing "high rent." You'll notice that my prosperity is 100 ! The only thing I blew was that I positioned my farms and granaries poorly... I wasted a lot of man-power on farms that sit full of food with cartpusher nowhere in sight. Also, I think I could have laid out the palace sector better and had 6 to 8 luxury palaces instead of only 4.
