* Prosperity, Culture, and Favor were 100, and the population was above target, well before the Peace requirement was met.
* Population growth was fairly constant over time.
* No money was donated to the city (but no salary was taken).
* The easternmost tile of the easternmost luxury palace (which touches the long side of the hippodrome) has negative desirability!
