Desc: As my first major, working city, I serve the underlings
with low income housing quite near to the "projects" of today's
America. But, I have a couple nice places to live in there, and I make
a lot of wine and pottery. High trade, nonexistent crime, moderately
happy gods, lots of industry. Employment is sometimes an issue, but
turning off several industries usually does the trick. Have fun. If
