Desc: I built 3 big rings at the center of the map (mainly composed of medium and large insulaes), 1 small community on the northwest and added 7 large villas on the east. One of the villa was able to evolve to grand villa (with the help of mercury, of course, who blessed me with the third kind of food). I put the supporting facilities at the bottom of the map, while solders at the top of the map. Final prosperity rating : 62.
