Desc: Level 8 of the career path series. This city is fairly efficient, and I do not foresee any inherent problems that will cause it to evolve or devolve any further, except perhaps a row or two of large insulae, since I decided to upgrade them rapidly just to make the city look a little nicer and more uniform. As such, the warehouses
serving these blocks may be overtaxed alittle for a while. Just fill up the warehouses with their respective goodas, and allow them to evolve again, and there shouldn't be
problem after that. Beyond this, I believe the city can go on in it's present form indefinitely.
